Can't Sign In
Check email/password, try 'Forgot Password', clear browser cache
Payment Failed
Check balance, verify phone number, try different payment method
Book Not in Search
Check listing is published, verify availability status
Messages Not Sending
Check internet, refresh page, ensure rental is active
Collateral Not Refunded
Confirm lender has confirmed return, wait 24 hours, contact support
